    dct:description "<p>Le GIEC normand, constitué d’experts régionaux (scientifiques et spécialistes) sur les différentes thématiques liées au climat et à son évolution, a pour but de traduire les prévisions du IPCC/GIEC * international pour le territoire et de faire la synthèse des travaux scientifiques locaux existants sur ce sujet (données mesurées et projections à l’horizon 2050-2100). Ces prévisions auront pour but de se préparer aux impacts du changement climatique et de faire en sorte que le territoire, ses acteurs et ses habitants s’y préparent.</p><p>Le GIEC normand permet de régionaliser les connaissances scientifiques et techniques, de les diffuser auprès des acteurs régionaux et de la population pour que chacun puisse anticiper les changements climatiques et engager les actions nécessaires pour s’y adapter ou les atténuer.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h2>Un groupe d’experts issus majoritairement des 3 Universités normandes</h2><p>Stéphane Costa, Professeur de Géographie à l’Université de Caen-Normandie, Président du Conseil Scientifique de la stratégie nationale de gestion du trait de côte, et Benoît Laignel, Professeur en Géosciences et Environnement à l’Université de Rouen – Normandie et membre-expert de l’IPCC/GIEC, ont accepté de co-présider ensemble ce « GIEC normand ».</p><p>Ils ont constitué un groupe de 36 experts issus en priorité des 3 Universités normandes : 10 chercheurs de l’Université de Rouen Normandie, 16 chercheurs de l’Université de Caen Normandie, 1 chercheur de l’Université du Havre Normandie et 9 experts techniques.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h2>Thématiques des travaux du GIEC en 2025</h2><p>Les travaux du GIEC normand, en 2025, sont les suivants :</p><ul><li>Changement climatique et aléas météorologiques</li><li>Droit du changement climatique</li><li>Economie</li><li>Haies et bocages face au changement climatique</li><li>Les Normand-es et le changement climatique : Apports psychologiques</li><li>Connaissances sociologiques liées au changement climatique en Normandie</li></ul>" ;
